Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Another day another road. This is between Cromwell and Queenstown and the yellow poplar trees where stunning in the sunshine. There was fog south of Christchurch until we turned inland so seeing the sun was magic. There is noticeably more traffic on the roads but not back to peak tourist times. This evening our group went to dinner in Te Anau and tomorrow we are to assemble at Te Anau Airport awaiting our helicopter flights south to Preservation Inlet and the boat we will be on for five nights. I am not sure why it is called an inlet when it is the southern most fiord. There is no internet on the boat so I will blip again next Friday.
Thank you very much for the acknowledgment my of blip milestone. It was lovely to hear from you all.
