A beautiful day, with actual real sun!! We headed to the river and watched the Summer Eights, completely baffled by what was happening. Until we happened to wander past Sarah and Will. They drank wine, fed us fancy crisps, and rowing expert Sarah explained everything.


We walked on, into town, then out the other side. Bought ice creams and ate them in Port Meadow. Walked and walked and walked. Over 10 miles in the end.

Caught the bus back to Graham's, had some dinner, then back to the station for me, and home.
