Floral Friday

Here's a small offering for Floral Friday - a dark red hellebore. It's usually a dark and unassuming flower but today a little bit of sunshine backlit the petals and the rather lovely patterning was revealed.

And that was the height of excitement for my day. Otherwise it has been a rather tedious trot through housework and paperwork.
