« Outer Space » Orchid

 A close-up of the flower of the Fly Orchid, Orpheus Insectifera, clearly shows the iridescent pseudo-wings, pseudo-antennae, and pseudo-eyes. This is rare in Switzerland so we are lucky to have them growing in a secret place near the fox cubs den (they weren’t there today). More of the plant in extra.
