rhubarb time!

first proper crop of the year. it's about the only thing doing well at the moment, apart from buttercups!

this is my plan for tomorrow then:
rhubarb jam
rhubarb crumble
rhubarb and oat cake
stewed rhubarb and yoghurt (breakfast)

and some rhubarb for friends, of course!
