Your mind is as sharp as ever. Great religious faith; great appetite (dinner always at 1pm); loves crosswords and reading; blessed with a sunny, positive outlook on life, never irritable or moody.

Born and bred in Dublin. Left school at 12. Apprenticed to dressmaker in Clerys Department Store in O’Connell Street. Met my Dad and stopped work (it was the law). Had 4 children. Made all our clothes. Created a cosy, homely home.

Thank you for all that. You’re a gem.
