Shakshuka

I was swapping recipes with my nurse on Tuesday when I had a bout of 'chemo brain'. I couldn't for the life of me remember what this dish was called. The temporary brain fog at least allowed me to remember how to make it, so I passed on the information.

Annoyingly, Alba couldn't remember the name either.

I had the same problem spicing a spinach recipe. My description was "the thing that mace surrounds".

When I went in for chemo yesterday I saw Alba across the room. waved and called out "shakshuka", she laughed and called back "nutmeg".

All good!
