Father and Son at Third Base

This is grandson Merrick and his daddy Coach Doug waiting to be driven in from 3rd base. Did he make it home? Yes, he did. The bases were loaded with Linden Eagles, and the pitcher issued a base on balls, allowing Merrick to stroll home.

Did we win our first game? Yes, we did, 11-7 over the Holly Bronchos.

It was another cold night to watch a game. 53F with a slight wind. Grandma Lisa was in a winter coat and covered in a blanket.
