Tapering down

A bit nervous about Sunday's half marathon ... but I have run almost the distance in training and certainly can run for 2.5 hours or more. Much is going to depend on the weather, pacing, hydration, etc. However, I haven't been doing any runs at race pace - it's all been gentle MAF stuff (per CoachParry advice) - today was around 7km all at sub-140bpm HR run at sub-7mins pace.
