Running on the Wobbly Road

Euan stayed at home from Nursery today because they were short staffed so plans were revised to include him.  It is still quite chilly here so we were well wrapped up to visit Waterperry Gardens.  The playground was a little disappointing but Euan enjoyed the wobbly road and slide for a while, then we walked through to the gardens and spent some time in there.  Euan’s attention span was shorter than usual and he was quite tired so I’m guessing it was the reaction to the vaccinations he had yesterday.

After a snack in the tea shop we headed home, promising a bike ride in the park after lunch.  However, when the time arrived it began to rain heavily so we had an afternoon indoors with lots of puzzles and games to keep him occupied till it was time for dinner.  I can safely say we are shattered but he is a total pleasure to be with.
