Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!!!

Woohoo! What a cracker of a day! Sun, blue sky, hardly any clouds & warm temperature!!! Make a note of this date! It was 1 degree at 0600! Temperature rose to 19!!

A lovely day to drive with visitors from Edinburgh to St Andrews via coastal villages, St Andrews was busy! As you can see lots of people on the West Sands where "Chariots of Fire" was filmed in the 80s, lots of people in the sea!! My American visitors thought it would be cold! It would indeed be cold! Didn't stop we hardy Scots!
St Andrews is such a great mix of locals, students, golfers & visitors!
Returned to Edinburgh via the lovely village of Falkland. The countryside is looking good at last! Do you notice the snow on the mountains beyond!
