SURFACE TENSION

Another sparkling morning so B and I went over to RSPB Saltholme and after coffee he sat in the wildlife garden while I mooched about with the camera.

I walked into town and back this afternoon, probably in the wrong shoes because I seem to have irritated my knee again. For the last few days I've barely noticed it, but I think I'll have to give it a good zapping with the TENS machine this evening. I usually find that really helpful.
