Tadpoles

Our babies have hatched and we are delighted new parents! It's taken about a month for the frogspawn in our pond (blipped on 23rd March) to transform into tadpoles.

It's felt like a working day for me today. I uploaded a post to my blog, then settled down to reviewing grant applications, with a few interruptions to answer email. At lunchtime I took a break for a run.

Poor Mr hazelh didn't sleep very well last night and wasn't feeling his best this morning, so he stayed in bed until it was time for lunch. He mooched around the rest of the day. As I type, he is playing theme tunes from ITV on YouTube and I am trying to guess the programmes. He might be feeling better now...

Exercise today: 10k run.
