Pegs

The dark overlord of teething made a visit last night.

I eventually got to sleep at 11:20, I had gone up to bed around 9:30, turned lights off at 10:30, but just couldn't get to sleep.
11:50 Charlotte woke up crying.
Eventually around 12:30 I got her settled.
For all of 30 minutes.
At 1:00 she came into our bed, she slept there till 3:00 when Lee put her back to bed.

She slept in her own bed till 5:00, when she woke up again, I took her into the spare bed when she whimpered, moaned, cried and generally was a very unhappy sole.

At 7:30 daddy took her downstairs for breakfast, I crawled back into our bed and dozed till 8:30.

Not knowing what the day would bring us, we headed out to the Malvern food festival. So much lovely food, a great atmosphere too.
We met Charlottes's godparents outside our new favourite breakfast haunt. We weren't going to stop for breakfast but we decided to risk it.
One yummy breakfast later we headed home, gave Charlotte her lunch and settled her down for a sleep.
Grandma came at 1:00, Charlotte woke around 2:00.
Lots of fun, giggles, some tears.
Grandma left and nanny and grandad came.
More fun, giggles and tears. One very tired girl was put to bed.

Let's hope the dark overlord of teething doesn't come again tonight.
