The end of the rainbow

We had showers on and off during the day. Late in the afternoon I went for a walk, but the showers returned. Then the sun reappeared, and so did a rainbow (two actually, though the second is very faint). The rainbow ends at the house of our local optometrists. I think they've already got a pot of gold.
