Berwick Bridges

A trip to the building society in Berwick this morning. Not quite in time for the transaction to go through today but it will happen tomorrow, so that's OK. Then we indulged in coffee and croissants before walking back to the van.

We'd parked the van on the other side of the old bridge and walked across it in to town and back. As we started walking across the bridge on the way to the van it was quite bright with some blue sky (extra). By the time we reached the other side (and it takes hardly any time at all...) the blue had disappeared and we could see 'weather' coming across. We were lucky, and had managed to miss several showers while we were in Berwick. Called in at the removal firm on the way home, to pick up some more boxes.

Walked up to the surgery this afternoon to arrange for repeat medication to keep us going until we can sign up with a new GP. Then time for a quick walk to stretch my legs before continuing with the packing...
