Yellow

I call this the yellow period. I look at all the flowers along the verges as I drive. At this time there are primroses and daffodils (faded now), gorse, celandines and dandelions. I don't much like yellow flowers but they cheer up the verges.

I do love primroses and cowslips however.

It's rained a lot today - good news. It's really noisy on the veranda roof.

The Blip is a photo of one of the many rapeseed fields. They are very bright and surround the roads here at present. But I think the smell makes me feel slightly headachy and distant.
