After some big scope changes last week I had one of my project teams all in for a reshaping exercise this afternoon. It was SO much better to do it in person, in a room (no post it notes though). The eventual outcome was that we didn't know enough yet - it's a legislative project - so we'll have to guess work on assumptions. Pretty much no change there then.

The woman behind me on the train has just given away so many details about a new project for two well known TV personalities (who aren't in the Jungle for this one). I'm sure it's not supposed to be out in the public domain but she's shouting all the details down her phone, including how much they're spending! 

Mind you, you have to be able to translate all the corporate media speak, which is funny in its own right. Is your ear in the room? And your DNA strategy aligned with your creative bulge?
