.....something French I think!  We've had these signs hanging in our kitchen for years.  We used to go several times a year but haven't been able to recently.  The hunting sign was picked up from a ditch somewhere - I do not remember where - and we probably should have left it!  Le Potager is the name of our house as it was built on the site of our old vegetable garden!  I deliberately left it all slightly crooked.......
