Idyll

A small idyllic island in Helsinki. Behind the sitting person you can see in the horizon the centrum of Helsinki. If you look the picture big, you see the huge white car ferry to Sweden.

On this tiny island there were over 10 pairs of Barnacle Geese (Branta leucopsis) nesting. They defended their nests very aggressive, but only in a area of 5 m from the nest. One Goose attacked me and my camera, the wing feathers touched my head!
