After all this time…

I guess it had to happen one day. Finally, after avoiding covid for over 3 years, hubby has managed to pick it up from somewhere in the past couple of days.
I missed out on a family meal yesterday(which was supposed to be my birthday lunch) as it turns out I wasn’t quite over my bout of food poisoning and spent the day in bed. And today hubby has a headache, is feeling very sniffly and is coughing a bit, so I made him take a test. I’m still testing negative but fully expecting to succumb to it in the next few days.
