Market Day Swimming

Maple had her second proper swim today. She was uncharacteristically very upset before that. She bit a plastic penguin toy too hard and hurt her gums up where her top four teeth have just cut through :-( The water definitely cheered her up though. She splashed about and laughed and wanted me to let go of her! She also delighted in a float around in a baby ring.

That morning we took Oscar and Bailee to the Ripe Market. It was hot, but great fun. The twins filled themselves up by sampling everything they could lay their hands on, (Olives, dried fruit, gluten free cakes, fudge, chutney, oil, yoghurt....) We bought some coconut ice-cream to take home and chose our fruit and veges for the week (Realistically they will probably last 3 days!) It started to get too hot so Stu and the twins had a Prime Gourmet hotdog, (Bailee had a meltdown that her bun 'broke'), and I had a 'Raw' coffee. The coffee was good. I was very impressed with the barista and the beans.
