Pond in progress

Today, in between rain showers, we potted up the aquatic plants we bought on Thursday,  and split up the  water lily and  irises growing in  taking over the  ponds. This  is our lower pond, where the liner has just been replaced, with some of the new plants acclimatising. It looks a bit bleak now, but once we add some planting around the pond, and  the aquatics grow, I'm sure it will look more interesting.
