Under strain
At some point during the afternoon, Mr A came back into the living room warning that the scaffolding opposite was in imminent danger of collapse. Two fat bastards wood pigeons appeared to have taken up residence. They were still there about two hours later when I photographed them and so, to my surprise, was the scaffolding.
Little other exciting happened. Some domestic stuff. A bit of preparation of plants for a big move next weekend. A walk down to OT for prescriptions followed by a wander along to The Shore where we saw a tram in the wild. Some shopping at the bottom of Leith Walk (tried the buns from Krema; Mr A bought a book; I bought some plants for Tain from Seb's Urban Jungle). Finally, the preparation of a risotto for supper. I intended to do a peloton ride, but I didn't have quite the energy or enthusiasm for it.
It was a grey and wet old day earlier, and pretty cold all day (we had the heating on for an hour...), but there was a smidgeon of sun this evening just before sunset. Is it really mid/late-April?
