Bearded Vulture

Taken from the Cabane des Diablerets as we sat outside having a drink on arrival. What a fantastic sight as he flew right over us.

See extra for where we are spending the night. A fabulous location part way up towards the Glacier 3000. We skied a little then enjoyed a coffee in the cafe overlooking the glacier. Only the four of us staying in the hut tonight with the guardians. What a treat as the huts are usually very busy.
