Bright white.

It doesn’t show up very well in the picture but the base of her tail looks a totality different colour to the rest of her tail.
After a wash down (them & us) we went out for lunch. We heard a lot of phones giving off the government emergency alert at 3pm. A strange idea, I’m not sure what to make of it. Bet it’s cost millions of taxpayers money.
