Splash through the tulips

D and I had a rare day off together today. Even though it was raining, we decided to make the most of it and go out. The castle grounds near where D works apparently had some very beautiful tulips so we went to check them out.

The tulips were indeed beautiful, and as expected we got very soggy. It's so lovely to spend a day in his company though and we had a great time despite the weather. 

Now home for fresh baked rolls and a Toblerone cake that I have made up and hope is good!
