Festival of....???

Awoke to a beautiful day today, Mr F took Amy off to her tournament and I went into town with Hayley for her contact lens fitting. There was some strange big festival going on, brass bands, people dressed as flamingos and pigeons, a girl climbing up a flowery rope and this cool looking bizarre thing pumping out bubbles.....now I'm off to attack the lawn.....
