DECORATION from HOLLAND.

This little Clog was a gift given to me in the 1970’s so I guess it deserved a blip. Strange that I’ve chosen this day to record it as it’s St George’s Day! Very sad that we don’t celebrate the day like Wales/Scotland & Ireland. It was very harkening to hear my daughter had said to the head mistress ( where she teaches) that they should mark the day, to which she agreed. But the Marathon & Sudan has taken up the news today. Whilst I’m aware both are note able it still seems sad that we don’t seem to be proud of our Patron Saint as the above places?
It was good to be back in church today , third Sunday after Easter , meeting the church family is always up lifting too.
Mixed weather again today , rained all morning but a little brighter now though still cold & temperature only 10%c , when are we
we going to get some consistent warm weather?
