flattened by rain...

It really chucked it down last night and this morning, so much so that these beauties were lying flattened on the ground. I don't usually cut flowers from the garden as they're perfectly visible from the house and such a pleasure, but cut these and brought them in to give us a little extra pleasure.

Very very achy after two hours tennis, lots of walking around London and standing for a couple of hours at a party, so I doubt if I'll go far today..
