Up, Up and Away!

What a perfect Summer's morning! The best so far this year!

We were in the air by 7am!!!

We took off from Brougham Castle ( Penrith ) and landed just beyond Centre Parcs about an hour later!

Hardly a breath of air ( unlike yesterday! ). And it was warm too!

Great visibility too! We could see Blencathra, Kidsey Pike, High Street, Ullswater, Haweswater, Cross Fell, Dufton Pike etc etc!!!

Champagne at 8.45am went down well too!!!

This was our 5th attempt, but so well worth it!!!

Chloe was happy to stay at home. The dog walker gave her an hour on her favourite beach!
