South End Sausages

Earth Day! I had a good long walk on this beautiful part of our earth. G and I feel so privileged to be the stewards of our tiny piece of it. There were some activities happening, but the weather isn't great and I didn't feel like going to town after my walk.
I spotted the sausage sign this morning and thought it would do for a blip. I often wonder if people who sell homemade products on the side of our roads have Food Safe or if they even need to be certified.
