A strawberry in the making

A lovely day spent mostly on the plot. Lots of mowing, getting more manure from the allotment shops, some weeding, protecting all those onions and shallots from leaf miners and installing my new folding benching in the polytunnel.

Meanwhile the comfrey and the polytunnel strawberries are flowering and the compost bin is slowly being refilled.

Time for an evening off.
