More veg

I was given this swede yesterday. I have never seen such a large one. I should have measured its girth but there is scarring and parsnip to give it some scale.
Peeled roughly 12lb carrots today and cut into chips and seasoned and put in freezer ready for the cafe Wednesday . Lost the will to live after that but have at another 4/5lb to peel and grate for cakes and freeze
Took the leftover Greggs to the fridge today and helped to set up then went for a coffee . Next week I do the surplus food pick up and open the community fridge.
My upper right arm hurts now. It was getting better but I think 2/3 hours of carrot peeling has upset it.
