Sweet Old Couple

Although Ausmossie was looking forward to seeing the snake I photographed today he'll have to wait to see it in an email. It was my first wild snake I've seen here and it was amazing. I watched over him in a heavily traveled area until he found his way safely into a crack in a rock retaining area. It took 30 minutes and I had to scare off some people that wanted to catch him but it was well worth it.

So today's blip I just couldn't resist. When I came upon this couple the woman was doubled over holding his arm. I think she just may have been stretching her back. Her darling husband was giving her water from that bottle. It looked like someone feeding a young fawn or something. Very sweet and very compelling.

When she straightened up I captured this lovely photo of the two of them.
