Clouds

A morning at home as I workmen coming. First the electricians re the outside light. Embarrassingly it wasn't working because the switch in the kitchen was off. D or K must have switched it off. Long chat with J who talks with no gaps. Then moved car so next door could get chuckies delivered. Sad news about Penny, the lab, who is no more. It was very sunny but very cold. In the middle of that the Bosch engineer arrived. 5 months old and a new pump is required. And finally J and H to look at the bay window roof. Gosh, it's all go at the house with the yellow door. 

Though it was sunny (but very cold) I got stranded doing work which was not the plan. There was a furore about sick pay which took a lot of time to sort. There was also old fashioned phone communication with L, organising a get together on Fri/Sat. David Bann's is booked.

And then I succumbed and went to Margiotta. Later it was Landward, GW, HIGNFY and the Cleaner. Then bed. Exhausted.
