Sorry guys.. am using an old photo for todays blip. Have just trained for the last 12hrs straight to raise money for the premature babies unit at nepean hospital. NICUPS. we managed to raise more than $10,000. This will all help save the lives of premature babies born. :) So no pic today. Im tired and sore but have a smile on my face.
