Kiwi Egg

Browsing around Te Papa Museum in Wellington after our Smartphone Special Interest Group (which we hold each week in the cafe there). The most difficult task was to exclude the people and distractions. Of course the kiwi has special significance here. This little bird lays a most enormous egg. It really beggards belief how it survives this never mind the (sadly) introduced preditors.
