The next stage ....

.... spreading progeny far and wide!  We can look forward to an even better crop next year!

A fairly early start, as we had appointments at our GP practice to see the nurse and get routine observations and bloods taken.  Our English (moved over sometime in the last 5 years) practice nurse has clearly been learning from the Irish, and had a long chat with each of us.

Then a trip to a local shop for a couple of essentials before coming home.

W is still feeling a bit battered, following his cataract op, and has spent much of the latter part of the day relaxing in/on his bed.  Struggling to read at the moment, he has been listening to podcasts.

He got up at dinner time, and did the bulk of the preparation of a roast veg and halloumi meal.  He even opted for a G&T, but left half the glassful - he will drink it up tomorrow.  He's now back in the bedroom, and I won't be long before I follow him.
