Trip to the zoo on the 28th anniversary of our first date. Lots of animals out an about in the sunshine. The otters are usually pretty reliable but also saw a panda tucking into a fresh load of bamboo, the koalas asleep in the tree branches in their enclosure, giraffes, zebras, a fair bit of activity in the meerkat enclosure and plenty going on with the penguins. Good thing about membership is you can drop in for a few hours without feeling you have to see everything.
