Run before work

Wimped out of a run yesterday as I was just a bit too achy, so decided since the weather was still dry sunny but cold it was a good opportunity to exercise the dogs before work.
Only got to St George's cove, a 2.4 mile run there back, (as I had a very full days work ahead of me, being on my own and I plan to do parkrun tomorrow).
The dogs enjoyed what there was of the beach at high tide and didn't complain when I headed back.
I'll be glad to finish tonight, there were supposed to be 3 of us working today and various other things have taken 2 bodies away leaving just me.
