Y toriad cyntaf
Y toriad cyntaf ~ The first cut
“After all this kind of fanfare, and even more, I came to a point where I needed solitude and to just stop the machine of 'thinking' and 'enjoying' what they call 'living,' I just wanted to lie in the grass and look at the clouds...”
― Jack Kerouac

Bu farw fy nhad bron i ddeng mlynedd yn ôl, ond, yn annisgwyl, mae polisi yswiriant bywyd wedi ymddangos. Dydyn ni ddim yn gwybod os mae'n werth unrhywbeth, ond mae rhaid i ni ffeindio allan. Treuliais i rai o amser heddiw yn ffeindio dogfennau hynafol ac yn eu danfon i'r cyfreithwyr. Gawn ni weld beth sy'n digwydd . Dim disgwyliadau (mawr neu fach).
Treulion ni rhai o amser yn yr ardd. Heddiw oedd y diwrnod y rhoi'r glaswellt ei thoriad cyntaf - ac mae'n edrych yn well fel canlyniad.

My father died almost ten years ago, but, unexpectedly, a life insurance policy has appeared. We don't know if it's worth anything, but we have to find out. I spent some time today finding ancient documents and delivering them to the lawyers. Let's see what happens. No expectations (big or small).
We spent some time in the garden. Today was the day the grass was cut for the first time - and it looks better as a result.
