The lost railway

U3A meeting this morning. The speaker was changed at short notice and we had another visit from Stephen Gay to speak about the section from Penistone to Sheffield. It was interesting and he is very knowledgeable about his subject, able to speak without any notes and illustrated with his own photos. 

The beautiful weather this afternoon suited our plans for working out doors and in the garage. Amber played in the garden much to the annoyance of our pair of black birds who are try to raise their babies in the Mahonia bush. She was a pest and ended up being put back indoors.
