Happy Day

A cheer went up in the car when we saw the Adirondack chairs were out! The city of Hallowell brings them out every spring signaling warm weather ahead. The public deck is a popular spot among locals and visitors for reading, sipping a morning coffee, eating lunch, contemplating life, chatting with a friend, photographing dabbling ducks or watching the river run by • After breakfast we took advantage of the nice weather and did a few errands. First stop was the bookstore for a browse, then a few purchases at the Healthfood Store, Post Office for MrsP, then filled up the gas tank • Staring at the hummer feeders has not produced a hummingbird yet, but we remain hopeful!
