Looks like summer!

But it was SO COLD! There was a gale force east wind - I wore a padded coat, gloves, a woolly hat AND had my hood up but I was still cold!  the east wind brings bigger waves than this beach usually has, and the kitesurfers appear.  From inside a car it looked like summer, but it felt like winter!

I noticed in today's news that the taxpayer paid for Boris's lawyers when he was under investigation (why no outcome for that?) but the wonderful Raab paid for his own lawyers. And Sunak now has the report on Raab but won't make a decision.  Surely the decision should be part of the report? Also today's news showed me that the taxpayer has paid for a 'smoking hut' to be built on the roof of Michael Gove's office building so he can go there to smoke.  It seems that when he smoked at ground level outside the building he was harassed by the press.  So we pay for him to smoke in comfort.
