But is it as good as Alex's?

We have finally found a source of fresh fish that comes somewhere near the standard set by Alex's fish van  in the Southern Highlands. The settings are very different. Alex parks his van in a petrol station on the main street in Bowral. The new one we have found is in bush land, surrounded by tall gum trees.
 
The proof will be in the eating.
