Beech Leaves

Last day before back to work tomorrow.  I had a very lazy morning, but I did go out for a seven mile run – so I was feeling very pleased with myself – the farthest I have run in a long time. It was grey, but mild, so no gloves or extra layers required – a  lovely morning for a run.  Everything is starting to turn green, with fresh green leaves appearing everywhere.

As ever there were chores to be done, lunch to be made and a knock a the door and two ladies looking for Polish speakers – I have no idea what that was all about.
Lunch

Later I went out for a walk, taking in a walk through Lennoxlove – which I haven’t done for months.  TT was up to his ears in marking and BB was meant to be studying.  I stopped at the supermarket on my way home and picked up a few provisions for tea.  Later we realised we had no milk, so I was sent back out to get some!

I watched some random TV and thought about tomorrow.  it’s been a relaxing week away from the laptop.  The weather hasn’t been fabulous, but it could have been worse.  TT’s back is definitely easing off and I won’t mention exam revision.

It was a really dull and grey day.  I didn’t take many pictures – but I did spot these lovely fresh green beech leaves in a hedge.
