V.I.P. Traffic Jam

Heading out this morning to a visit to a local craft brewery who use spring water in their production.

I was worried about being late, something I hate to do, but I’d been stuck in a stationary queue for some minutes.  Then a police motorcycle outrider passed, then another.  I thought I knew what to expect and sure enough a couple of large Range Rover’s passed before another three motorcyclists.  The traffic then started to move again.

In the evening I watched the local magazine programmes but there was no mention of a royal or government signatory visiting the area, so I have no idea who was being transported in the convoy.
