Springtime in Orkney (Day 2902)

Off to Birsay this morning to get a bit more done on the bathroom re-fit. I was very glad I managed to get Simon along to give me a hand to get the old bath out of the house. Being cast iron, I would normally break it up, but my beautiful wife are going to use it as a water trough for the horses. Being cast iron means it is stuffed full of gravity.
With the bath out of the way, I got on with more ripping out, finding more interesting construction along the way.
I am finally at the stage where the re-building can begin. There might even be a bit of plumbing to do tomorrow.
I took the long way home and stopped to snap a pic of Orkney looking grand in the sunshine.
