Diverticulitis, day 1

Officially the disease is on. Tests taken, meds picked up and here we go again.

Apparently I have managed 3 years without this. It was maybe the one opiate based med, that I took last friday, that blocked my cuts enough. And unfortunately we had nice big beef stakes in the evening for dinner. A no-no-combination!

Mild soups, cooked vegetables for five next days.
